I am just an ordinary user.

After transferring funds from my personal HTX account to my personal Kraken account, a large portion of my assets was frozen.

For the past two weeks, I have barely slept. Every day I worry about whether I will ever see my savings again and how I can explain this situation to my family.

I am not a sanctioned person. I am not affiliated with HTX. I simply transferred my own funds between accounts in my own name.

These are not just numbers on a screen. They are years of savings, hard work, and my family’s financial security.

I hope ordinary users will not be punished for circumstances beyond their control.
