Congress is too busy regulating AI to regulate crypto.
200+ organizations. Coinbase. Ripple.Kraken. Circle. Binance US. a16z. All signed the same letter to Senate leadership: vote on the CLARITY Act. Now.
The risk is real: if it doesn't pass before November midterms, the next Congress starts from scratch. The bill could die entirely.
The industry is unified. The Senate is distracted.
Passing CLARITY would make the US the global pace-setter for crypto innovation. Failing would hand that position to Europe, Dubai, and Singapore permanently.
